Qualifications
- Experience building AI-enabled workflows and automation.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-ready skills.
- Experience delivering solutions through SDLC with testing and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with LOS and Consumer Direct Fulfillment leaders to identify AI workflow opportunities.
- Rapidly translate business needs into prototypes and production-ready capabilities.
- Assess whether to use deterministic automation, AI-assisted workflows, or custom development.
- Design workflow roles, permissions, and data access for platform-native capabilities.
- Integrate AI-enabled solutions with enterprise systems and ensure governance and compliance.
