Fuel Cycle is seeking an AI Operations Associate to drive internal AI transformation across GTM, Finance, and broader operations. You will own the integration stack, design AI-native workflows, and deploy agent-based solutions to replace manual processes.

Collaboration with Finance and other departments is essential as the playbook expands. You will work with CRM, marketing automation, ERP, and BI tools to create trust in data, measure outcomes, and continuously improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and shipping AI solutions in a business context.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development: Claude Code, MCP, prompt engineering, evaluation loops.
• Python for data analysis and automation; SQL for querying and reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise operational systems (CRM, marketing automation, ERP, BI).
• Comfort with no/low-code prototyping tools (Zapier, Retool, Superblocks).
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and commercial audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own GTM operations tooling including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, data hygiene, and integrations.
• Design and deploy AI-native workflows across revenue lifecycle: lead scoring, forecast rollups, attribution, and pipeline health monitoring.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility and performance.
• Deploy AI agents into daily workflows to enable query, action, and decision-making without manual pulls.
