Job summary

InRhythm is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to automate company-wide workflows across onboarding, contracts, HR, finance, and resource management. You will build with Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms, ship working automations, and own them post-launch with monitoring and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI systems, automation, operations, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive workflows across Business Operations, People Operations, Finance, and Delivery, and turn them into automations without waiting for a formal request
• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows, automations, and internal toolsets, agent that coordinates tasks across Slack, calendars, spreadsheets, and documents
• Develop robust automation solutions using Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and webhooks, and build Claude skills, plugins, and MCP connectors that connect AI tools to internal systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot proactively, and perform root-cause analysis when automations fail
• Author recovery plans, technical documentation, process diagrams, and operational checklists for every automation you ship
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs through human review checkpoints to maintain rigorous quality standards
• Drive adoption by training teams, writing simple how-to guides, collecting feedback, and adjusting automations to how people actually work
• Provide clear status reporting to leadership, including impact metrics (time saved, error reduction, cycle time) and the identification and mitigation of project risks
• Evaluate new AI and automation tools and make clear build, buy, or retire recommendations

We are looking for an AI Operations Analyst:

As an AI Operations Analyst, you will join InRhythm's operations team to automate how the company runs, across onboarding, contracts, HR, finance, and resource management. You will build with Claude, ChatGPT, and automation platforms every day, ship working automations into real business workflows, and own them after launch: monitoring them, governing how they are used, measuring what they change, and helping teams adopt them. This role is for someone who spots the next manual process and fixes it before anyone asks.

What you bring to the table (Core Requirements):

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI systems, automation, operations, or a related technical discipline
• A proven system-thinking approach with advanced problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in several of the following:
• Large Language Models: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini (including prompt design, structured outputs, and agentic workflows)
• Technical Integrations: APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols
• Data Management: Google Workspace, advanced spreadsheets, SQL, and database systems
• A track record of shipping automations that people use in production, not just prototypes
• Exceptional documentation and follow-through skills, including experience with Confluence
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical work in plain language to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
• Fluency in English
• A true self-starter who takes initiative, works without step-by-step direction, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
