Job summary

Podium seeks an AI Onboarding Specialist to lead the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts for AI agents. This role focuses on organizing connections, integration fulfillment, and tailored trainings across locations to ensure successful deployments.

You will resolve customer issues, monitor usage, and help create scalable onboarding processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer onboarding/implementation role (SaaS is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Experience communicating directly with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact during the first 30 days of the new customer experience.
• Manage potential escalations within the first 30 days.
• Coordinate all account connections (product and integration-related).
• Ensure product adoption through outreach and health scoring of accounts.
• Implement and configure AI agents.
• Ensure smooth hand-off to CSMs after onboarding.
• Conduct full-team trainings for all locations in every account.
• Respond to client issues and coordinate with departments to improve onboarding.
• Create new internal processes to adapt to changing circumstances.
