Job summary

Fiddler in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and positioning for our AI Observability suite.

You will partner with Product, Sales, and Leadership to shape market narratives, enable the field, and influence the product roadmap for enterprise SaaS. This role is Hybrid with at least 2 days a week (likelihood of a 3rd in future) at our Palo Alto office. Compensation ranges from $155,000 to $195,000 plus equity and benefits.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales Engineering with senior experience.
Deep background in AI observability, APM, or developer tools.
Proven success driving PMM strategy for technical enterprise SaaS products.

Responsibilities

Evolve messaging and positioning for AI Observability across executive and practitioner audiences.
Build scalable enablement programs for sales and solutions engineering with battlecards.
Lead market analysis, track AI observability trends, and keep competitive playbooks updated.
