This hybrid role collaborates with Partner Account Managers, Partner Solution Engineers, distributors, and channel partners to drive partner activation, pipeline creation, technical readiness, and opportunity development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Networking/CS or related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise networking, channel development, technical sales, partner engineering, solution architecture, or related fields.
Deep expertise in campus switching, wireless networking, managed services, and cloud-managed solutions.
Ability to influence business outcomes across complex organizations and drive partner initiatives.
Experience developing partner growth strategies with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

Lead Campus & Branch channel growth initiatives resulting in pipeline and revenue growth.
Drive AI networking adoption, modernization, and lifecycle expansion through solution positioning and managed services.
Identify and support competitive displacement programs and migration opportunities.
Collaborate with PAMs, PSEs, Networking Specialists, and stakeholders to execute regional plays and initiatives.
Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to shape growth strategies and priorities.
