Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Networking is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to guide growth across campus, data center, edge, and cloud. The role is hybrid, with an expectation to collaborate with the Networking Leadership Team and Business Partners to shape priorities, investments, and strategic choices in a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape.

You will translate market insights into actionable plans, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and measure performance against strategic goals,

Qualifications

Prior experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is required.
Deep knowledge of tech industry is required, networking strongly preferred.
Proven track record of translating strategy into revenue growth, business performance, and measurable value creation.
Experience leading strategy in a business of significant scale ($10B+ revenue environment preferred).
Experience supporting executive teams through large-scale transformation, integration, portfolio evolution, or growth acceleration.

Responsibilities

Define HPE Networking's long-term strategic direction, growth priorities, and strategic roadmap.
Translate strategy into annual and multi-year plans with clear priorities, investments, milestones, and accountability.
Shape portfolio strategy, capital allocation, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
Lead the Strategy & Planning organization and develop the senior strategy leaders supporting HPE Networking.
Frame complex issues, challenge assumptions, build alignment, and drive action to grow the business.
