• Land new logos, drive early activation, and position Vercel as the default choice for startups.
• Drive first activation, earn trust quickly, and establish Vercel as the preferred frontend cloud.
• Focus on pipeline generation, outbound outreach, and identifying high-potential startups early.
• Partner with founders to adopt AI-native features and architectures, explaining how Vercel fits into evolving workloads and performance needs.
• Leverage automation and self-built workflows to maximize impact and time spent on high-value customer work.
• Adapt to an evolving environment and turn successful motions into repeatable playbooks.
