Job summary

PCI is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Minnesota to shape AI-native product development with a strategic, customer-focused approach. You will own the roadmap, drive delivery, and align business strategy with operations, user needs, and technology.

You will lead core product initiatives in a hybrid in-office setting, working on AI-enabled workflows and governance to accelerate outcomes and deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related certification with 8+ years PM experience.
• Experience leading product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional delivery.
• Active working fluency with AI tools in day-to-day PM work.
• Ability to operate in environments with ambiguity in role or direction.
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver core products, fixes, and enhancements across the lifecycle.
• Create and evolve the product vision; develop roadmaps and align partners.
• Set success metrics and priorities; report progress against targets.
• Manage time, resources, and budget within the roadmap constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and evangelize the product across the org.
