Job summary

Meta is seeking Product Managers who will lead AI-native product development with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers. You will define success metrics, prioritize problems, and translate AI capabilities into product visions grounded in real user value.

You will develop AI-native strategies including evals and data strategy, leverage AI for market insight, and drive roadmaps across multiple workstreams while maintaining team health and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product area and define success metrics and prioritization aligned with company goals.
• Adapt strategy based on learnings and changes in the product.
• Evaluate when AI is the right solution and articulate tradeoffs and risks.
• Translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions grounded in user value.
• Develop AI-native strategies including evals and data strategies for measurable quality improvements.
• Leverage AI-driven market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define product, roadmap, and milestones, and remove blockers while maintaining team health.
• Use AI tools to accelerate workflows and enable faster synthesis and iterative decision-making.
• Foster rapid experimentation and learning around AI-native product development.
• Scale AI best practices and responsible use across product teams.
• Provide mentorship to other Product Managers on AI-native practices.
