Momentive Software seeks a Senior Product Manager who blends product instinct with AI-enabled processes to ship high-value software for nonprofit and association customers. You will own an area end-to-end, partnering with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and GTM teams to translate market needs into measurable outcomes.

• 5+ years in a software/SaaS environment with go-to-market experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve PM workflows and outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive strategy on a 6-12 month horizon with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve a 6-12 month roadmap for your product area, aligning with customer value and revenue goals.
• Define KPIs for product health and use insights to guide next cycles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and GTM teams to ensure value delivery.
• Lead cross-functional planning discussions with clear analyses and point of view.
• Mentor Product Owners and other PMs, stepping in as needed.
