Job summary

ClickUp, the AI-native product platform unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and search, seeks a Principal Product Manager to shape high-level strategy and drive the company-wide product direction. You will answer the hardest questions, define long-term converged-workspace ambitions, and build tangible prototypes to communicate your vision across engineering, design, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in product management, with a record of operating at company-shaping scope in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, customer signals, business constraints into clear direction.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication across engineering, design and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Shape ClickUp's product direction at the company level and drive the hardest product questions to resolution.
• Define multi-year vision for the converged workspace and AI for work strategy.
• Prototype future concepts to ground strategy in tangible artifacts.
• Synthesize usage trends, customer feedback and market signals into actionable plans.
• Advise executive leadership on bets and investments; represent product externally with customers and analysts.
