GlaxoSmithKline is seeking an AI Director for Development Global Clinical Operations to lead AI-native strategies across Development Operations, partnering with SME teams and enterprise technology. You will prototype, pressure-test, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, while guiding vendor decisions and build-buy-partner strategies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level degree and strong applied AI/tech or pharma strategy background.
• Proven experience building business cases and AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Hands-on fluency with frontier AI tools and enterprise architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Define AI-native Development Operations strategy and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Lead prioritization of AI opportunities across Development Operations.
• Scan external AI landscape and translate findings into actionable strategy and partnerships.
• Define build-buy-partner approaches with vendors and internal teams.
• Build and defend ROI-focused business cases and enforce stage-gate discipline.
