Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in the industry with 10+ years in clinical innovation strategy.
• Experience designing AI and automation in clinical development; strong governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise clinical innovation strategy, roadmap and investment priorities.
• Lead PoCs/PoVs with clear objectives, success metrics and value realization.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Compliance and governance stakeholders.
• Build scalable methods and playbooks for repeatable innovation.
