Job summary

Kai Cyber is building an AI-native marketing operations function from scratch in San Jose. You will own the marketing data model, lifecycle, routing framework, and measurement layer to tie every marketing dollar to pipeline and revenue.

Reporting to the Head of GTM Operations, you’ll design the system with HubSpot at the core, setting standards for the next five years and replacing legacy processes with AI-powered automation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Marketing Operations, GTM Engineering, or Revenue Operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise.
• Fluency in AI-native operations and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing data model across marketing automation and Sales CRM.
• Define governance and data-quality rules; ensure GDPR/privacy compliance.
• Instrument lifecycle stages, attribution, and campaign performance reporting.
• Operationalize events, webinars, and campaigns end-to-end with AI.
• Build ABM plays and pipeline reporting.
