Job summary

Intellibee seeks an AI-Native Technical Architect II to provide advanced architectural leadership within our healthcare-focused platforms, translating business and product intent into concrete designs that orchestrate AI agents and engineering workflows.

You will balance strategic direction with hands-on depth, guiding teams through API, data flow, and platform decisions while ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability; healthcare compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience designing and building web, workflow, service, and backend applications; architecture responsibility.
• Significant experience in application and solution architecture, including API design and service decomposition.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Golang, Spring, or comparable technologies; strong API experience.
• Deep familiarity with microservices, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems and enterprise integration.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development, agent-based workflows, and reusable AI skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for the assigned business area, translating strategy into implementable solutions.
• Design systems that incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and guardrails for safe AI use.
• Advance AI-assisted engineering practices across the team, including code generation and automated testing.
• Guide design reviews and major technical decisions across APIs, services, data flows, and platforms.
• Ensure architecture is realized in code, manage risks, and balance cost, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, data, and other teams to align decisions.
