Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. is hiring a Full‑Stack Product Designer to own the experience from ads to onboarding and ongoing care. You will fuse product design with visual, brand, and web craft, guiding patients to care and confidence about next steps.

You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, and founders, spanning patient experiences, clinician tools, the website, and lifecycle touchpoints. AI-native design is central to this role.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped product work showing problem, contribution, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
• Strong product-design depth across typography, layout, brand, and web.
• Experience taking ambiguous problems from discovery to polished UI with engineers.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-native design and prototyping workflows (v0, Claude Design, Figma AI, Cursor).
• Ability to develop acquisition creative and landing-page work.
• Clear writing, low ego, high ownership in an early-stage team.
• Healthcare or trust-sensitive product experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into clear journeys, IA, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Design onboarding and ongoing care experiences with clarity, trust, accessibility, and mobile usability.
• Define interaction states; write interface copy; minimize dead ends.
• Build a reusable design system with components and guidance.
• Ship production PRs; work in the codebase with engineering for safe rollout.
• Bring Legion’s brand to life across site, pages, and acquisition creative.
• Collaborate on paid creative experiments; use feedback to improve experience.
