Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a part-time Growth Designer to turn ad impressions into a coherent patient journey. You will blend paid-creative strategy with strong visual and brand craft and thoughtful web UX.

Partnering with Consumer Growth, paid media, SEO and web implementation, you will create compelling concepts, high-performing landing pages, and clear website flows that build trust and drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcases beautiful homepages, landing pages, and brand work.
• Strong visual craft across typography and layout with good UX judgment.
• Ability to turn insights into multiple concepts and testable variants.
• Fluency in Figma; experience with Framer or Webflow is helpful.
• Experience with AI-native design tools to speed up work.
• Clear writing, ownership, and collaborative mindset.
• Health care or trust-sensitive consumer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid-creative strategies and visual directions for growth channels.
• Design ad variants, landing pages, and website experiences.
• Improve Legion's visual brand across growth surfaces.
• Map and simplify key website journeys for conversion.
• Translate performance data into design hypotheses and experiments.
• Build reusable templates and brand guidance.
• Deliver Figma-ready work and collaborate with web/engineering.
• Use AI tools to increase speed and range of work.
