Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. is hiring a Full-Stack Product Designer to own the experience from ads through onboarding and ongoing care.

You will blend deep product design with visual, brand, and web craft to help patients engage with care and feel confident about what comes next. You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, and the founders; your work spans patient journeys, clinician tools, the website, and lifecycle touchpoints, with regular production PRs in close partnership with

Qualifications

• Shipped product work portfolio showing problem, contribution, and outcomes.
• Experience from discovery to polished UI and production collaboration with engineers.
• Fluency with AI-native design and prototyping workflows.
• Comfort working directly in a codebase and writing/ reviewing PRs.
• Healthcare or trust-sensitive product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into journeys, IA, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Design onboarding and care experiences alongside clinician and operator workflows.
• Define interaction states and craft clear UI copy; reduce dead ends.
• Build a reusable design system with components and guidelines.
• Ship production PRs; contribute to implementation with engineers.
• Bring Legion's brand to life across website, pages, and lifecycle comms.
• Develop paid-creative concepts; test and learn with Growth.
• Leverage research, usability testing, and analytics to improve.
• Align acquisition promises with the product experience.
• Work AI-natively using tools like v0, Claude Design, Figma AI, Cursor.
