Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a Full-Stack Product Designer to own the experience from the first ad or landing page through onboarding and ongoing care. You will combine deep product design with strong visual, brand, and web craft, helping patients understand what Legion does, get into care, and feel confident about what comes next.

You will work closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, and the founders. Your work will span patient experiences, clinician and operator workflows, the website, landing

Qualifications

• Shipped product design work with end‑to‑end ownership across product, brand, and web.
• Proven ability to translate complex care workflows into clear experiences.
• Experience collaborating with growth, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design from ad/landing through onboarding and ongoing care.
• Design across patient experiences, clinician workflows, and acquisition pages.
• Create and maintain a reusable design system for fast shipping.
• Ship production PRs and work directly in the codebase with engineering.
• Conceive AI-native design approaches using v0, Claude Design, Figma AI, Cursor.
