Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 3+ years building cloud-native solutions and agentic systems for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, prototype, and deploy agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and scalable across complex domains.

Responsibilities include architecting agents, integrating AI platforms, and driving production-grade automation while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable value. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years engineering with cloud-native APIs, microservices, containerization, and serverless.
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• 5+ years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent with observability knowledge.
• 5+ years deploying to production with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Helm), monitoring.
• 5+ years client communication and leading technical workshops.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents (retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, observability).
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability.
• Tailor agentic workflows across verticals (finance, healthcare, retail).
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders.
• Define metrics and evaluation plans to measure agent performance.
• Craft reusable patterns and documentation to guide assets and roadmaps.
