Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 10+ years of software engineering experience to design and deploy enterprise AI agents. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, defining use cases, prototyping, and delivering agentic workflows that scale across complex environments.

Responsibilities include architecting AI agents, integrating multiple AI platforms, and building cloud-native, observable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• 10+ years' experience with end-to-end software engineering and SDLC.
• Proficiency in Python or Java; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Experience deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring and debugging.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, lead workshops, and deliver under ambiguity.
• 3+ years' experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• 2+ years' hands-on experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• 1.5+ years' experience with semantic models, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers across AI providers for seamless multi-provider pipelines.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: use Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across industries such as finance, healthcare, retail.
• Client Engagement: run design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions to shape data-driven workflows.
