Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer with 3+ years building cloud-native solutions and agentic workflows for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients to define use cases, prototype rapidly, and deploy robust AI agents integrated with multiple AI platforms.

You will design scalable agent architectures, leverage Kubernetes/Docker, and lead technical workshops while delivering under ambiguity. Travel 25-75% may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years engineering with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG, workflows) in production.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines.
• Minimum of 5 years programming in Python, Java, or equivalent; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, and observability.
• Minimum of 5 years deploying to production — CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring and debugging.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with client communication and leading technical workshops under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Agent Architecture and Engineering: design enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: build abstraction layers to integrate multiple AI providers for seamless workflows.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: apply Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and monitoring for scalable AI-native systems.
• Domain-Specific Workflows: tailor agentic apps across finance, healthcare, and retail with intelligent automation.
• Client Engagement: lead design workshops and POCs to shape data-driven agent workflows with stakeholders.
• Measure & Improve: define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans for accuracy, latency, safety, cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: create patterns, docs, and best practices to drive internal assets and client roadmaps.
