Job summary

LLR Partners is hiring two Forward Deployed Engineers to build AI-native products that drive operating leverage across the firm. You will ship agentic workflows, custom web apps and enterprise knowledge infrastructure from problem framing to production in weeks.

In this mid-level role you will own components, build MCP servers, RAG pipelines and semantic layers, and work with Investment, Origination and Value Creation teams to deliver high-impact tools for decision making.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 1 year shipping production LLM applications.
• Strong Python and frontend tooling experience.
• Experience with regulated environments and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Ship AI-native internal products and tools.
• Build the platform layer and MCP servers.
• Develop internal web apps (React/Streamlit).
• Contribute to enterprise knowledge graph.
• Implement LLM-based judgement and guardrails.
• Drive AI adoption and train users.
