Factagora is seeking an engineer who blends marketing intuition with engineering rigor. You’ll define problems, leverage AI as a default tool, and ship experiments that move growth metrics with a single line of code.

You'll design experiments for acquisition, activation, and retention, build full-cycle features, and collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate B2B partner needs into measurable product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development or end-to-end service experience.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed up development.
• Ability to understand service metrics using data tools (SQL, GA, Clarity).
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly with AI.
• Prioritize solving the customer's problem fast.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building features to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Designing A/B tests and funnel analyses, and analyzing results with statistical significance in mind.
• Building user lifecycle features such as onboarding flows, notifications, and email automation.
• Building dashboards to monitor growth metrics such as DAU, conversion rate, and churn.
• Providing technical support for acquisition channels, including SEO and landing page optimization.
• Working across the full stack, from prototype to production deployment, without being confined to a single role.
• Collaborating with Product and Business teams to translate global B2B partner requirements into technology and ship experiment results into the product.
