Job summary

Firefly Foundry is seeking a Senior Creative Technologist to bridge creative production, enterprise sales, and AI innovation in New York. You will prototype and articulate technical solutions that drive adoption among global brands and their agencies.

This role requires deep experience with Creative Cloud, AI/ML, and API integrations, plus strong executive presence to lead workshops, demos, and strategic discussions with customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative technology, brand marketing, advertising, or enterprise technical presales.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Creative Cloud and professional content production.
• Technical proficiency in AI/ML, creative APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to produce demos using Premiere Pro, Photoshop, AEM, Workfront, Frame.io.
• Executive presence and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence with extreme ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Act as a product manager proxy for customers, translating insights back to engineering.
• Immerse in client workflows by using creative tools to produce outputs and identify friction points.
• Evaluate content in real-world contexts, not isolation.
• Lead discovery workshops and executive sessions to identify high-value use cases and close deals.
• Build and demonstrate technical prototypes using Adobe APIs and Firefly Services.
• Design technical architectures bridging creative tools, enterprise systems, and AI.
• Maintain post-signature relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
• Influence product roadmap with market signals from customers and partners.
• Represent Adobe at industry events as a GenAI authority.
