Job summary

Adobe seeks a Director of Product Management to lead the Firefly Foundry product organization and drive strategy and roadmap for core platform areas, partnering with engineering, AI research, design, forward-deployed teams, product marketing, and go-to-market to scale an enterprise AI media platform.

You will mentor product managers, own end-to-end delivery across multi-model offerings, and shape how customers customize, govern, and deploy generative media models at global scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in complex, multi-surface or platform products.
• Strong understanding of generative media models and model customization.
• Experience with enterprise or developer platforms (APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure).
• Experience leading product in a matrixed org and aligning cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and roadmap for core areas of Firefly Foundry.
• Define success metrics and own end-to-end delivery across a multi-model platform.
