Job summary

Opal Security is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead AI-native demand programs across ABM campaigns, webinars, and partner initiatives. The role calls for close collaboration with GTM leadership to drive meetings, opportunities, and revenue in a highly technical security landscape.

You will own day-to-day execution, alignment with AEs/SDRs, and funnel hygiene, while running 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays for named accounts. The position is hybrid with 3+ days in downtown San Francisco.

Qualifications

• Senior-level demand generation experience in B2B security or related technical markets.
• Proven ability to run ABM campaigns with 1:1 and 1:few plays and sales- aligned outreach.
• Experience in executive roundtables, dinners and regional programs that generate qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of AI-native demand generation programs across ABM campaigns, field marketing, webinars, and partner campaigns.
• Collaborate with AE and SDR teams on target accounts, outreach, goals, SLAs, and pipeline progression.
• Manage funnel hygiene, routing, attribution, and conversion metrics.
