Job summary

SAP is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to lead commercialization and scaling of AI-powered offerings. You will bridge product strategy with commercial execution and automate the Opportunity-to-Invoice lifecycle to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations to design monetization, packaging, pricing and licensing strategies while tracking KPIs and ensuring compliance with AI governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product operations, or commercial product strategy.
• Expertise in AI-based products, digital platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of monetization models, pricing strategies, and commercial processes.
• Experience with Opportunity-to-Invoice (O2I), quote-to-cash, or related processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI monetization strategies including packaging, pricing, licensing, consumption and subscription models.
• Drive commercialization of AI capabilities across customer-facing offerings.
• Design and optimize automated business processes for end-to-end O2I lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations for scalable readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Monitor adoption, revenue performance, and operational KPIs.
• Support go-to-market planning, business case development and governance.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and AI governance.
