Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager for AI Model Assurance to own the roadmap and build an audit-ready platform that accelerates approvals and improves defensibility. You will work with Assurance Analysts, engineers, policy, and legal to turn requirements into concrete capabilities.

The role is hands-on, with governance, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration at its core, and requires deep knowledge of generative AI, model risk, and data dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, risk, or policy-adjacent field.
• 5+ years of technical product management or equivalent.
• Ability to write PRDs, requirements, and success metrics for engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the Model Assurance product roadmap end-to-end: intake, approval workflow, change detection, evaluation dossier tooling, dashboards, and audit evidence pipeline.
• Translate policy and analyst pain points into crisp requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering to design and deliver prioritized work.
• Define metrics describing program health and ensure systems can produce them.
• Lead in launch review loops for high-signal releases.
• Identify high-cost manual steps and convert them into roadmap items with targets.
• Collaborate with GRC on audit readiness capabilities and evidence capture.
• Write and maintain PRDs, design reviews, and change logs.
• Report roadmap progress and KPIs to CA leadership and cross-functional forums.
