Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, math, statistics or related field.
• Strong ML foundation; Transformer and GNN models on social graph and behavior sequence data.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or Go; familiar with Spark, Flink, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Lead algorithmic governance for TikTok US across key risk domains and ensure a fair, secure ecosystem.
• Build high-precision risk representation models using heterogeneous data to enable cross-scenario risk perception.
• Research and counter global adversarial threats and architect self-evolving defense systems.
• Drive integration of Generative AI and multimodal tech into the risk lifecycle for scalable enforcement.
