Cielo is seeking a Recruiter to accelerate talent acquisition in IT/Technical roles. You will lead intake meetings with hiring managers, collaborate on sourcing strategies, and build robust talent pipelines while keeping candidates engaged with timely progress updates.

As a brand ambassador, you will advise hiring leaders on offers using market data and compensation guidelines, supporting a high-excellence recruitment process across corporate and agency environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with corporate, RPO or agency settings for IT/Technical roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
