You will evaluate candidate profiles, keep applicants informed, and partner with leaders on offer details using market data to guide compensation decisions. This role is anchored in Atlanta and requires corporate or agency recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Experience in Recruiting HR Functions and Operations roles in a Healthcare and Hospital setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on their progress throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
