EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering in the US to lead modern AI engineering, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives for diverse client engagements. You will guide cross-functional teams, design scalable AI solutions, ensure responsible deployment, and deliver measurable business value while traveling to client sites as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of AI, data science, and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI, DALL-E, LangChain, RAG) and ML packages (scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
• MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and ML workflows (data ingestion, transformation, evaluation).
• Model retraining, feedback loops, observability, monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, software engineering and Responsible AI.
• Strong math, statistics, OR, with SQL, Pandas, Spark and DL techniques.
• Excellent communication and travel willingness.
• Skills in Technical Design Optimization.
• Strong relationship-building and client trust.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage change.
