Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in software development, applied AI/ML, and analytics.
• Proven track record shipping software products rapidly, beyond models.
• Strong Python backend/API development and ML deployment experience.
• Hands-on DL and LLM frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experience with generative AI apps, including prompt engineering and RAG.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy novel AI-powered applications, including LLMs and agents.
• Translate AI research into production features across enterprise workflows.
• Design, build, and ship production-grade AI products with end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business impact.
