The role involves building production-grade AI products, including LLM-powered solutions, AI agents and copilots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and search, and statistical models, embedded directly into customer-facing applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, statistics, or quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in software development, applied AI/ML, and statistical analysis.
• Proven track record shipping software products rapidly, not just models or analyses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered applications including LLMs, agents, copilots, and RAG features.
• Design, build, and ship production-grade AI products integrated into customer-facing apps.
• Translate AI research into real-world solutions and take features from 0 to 1.
• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver impactful AI-enabled automations.
