Job summary

Archer is seeking a customer-obsessed AI/ML Product Manager to drive development and integration of AI/ML capabilities within Air Enterprise Readiness platform. This is an individual contributor role responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI/ML solutions that enhance our Applications and transform how current and future users make critical decisions.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products or data-driven solutions
• Experience with ML development lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI/ML products or features in production environments
• Strong value orientation, understanding of what matters for our customers, and why
• Self-starter, owner mentality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels of the business
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology-related field

Responsibilities

• Spend time on site with users to understand pain points and identify AI/ML opportunities
• Write PRDs and user stories for AI/ML features
• Collaborate with data science and AI/ML engineering teams to assess feasibility
• Partner with designers and Application PMs to integrate AI/ML into Air workflows
• Work with sales to articulate the value proposition of AI/ML features
• Define success metrics for AI/ML initiatives
• Define and communicate the AI/ML product strategy and roadmap
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML opportunities
• Validate concepts with business cases and defend prioritization
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Scope investment costs and timelines with teams
• Facilitate market introduction of new features balancing risk, cost, and speed
• Ensure smooth integration of prototyped features into Air for client accounts
