Archer is hiring for Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to lead AI/ML initiatives within the AI Hub. The role is located in New York City, Pittsburgh, or Boston and requires strategic product leadership across business units and technology teams.

You will define the vision and roadmap for AI products, lead the end-to-end lifecycle, and partner with executives to identify high-impact use cases. Strong governance, risk, and regulatory awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management with strategic roadmaps and cross-functional work.
• Experience with AI/ML products is required; financial services experience is preferred.
• Strong bridge between technical concepts and business value.
• Proven leader of cross-functional teams across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Track record of launching AI solutions with measurable ROI.
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, risk, and regulatory considerations in finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end AI product development lifecycle from opportunity to deployment and adoption.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify high-impact use cases and align investments.
• Own the product backlog, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee integration of large-scale AI solutions within enterprise ecosystems.
• Establish KPIs, business outcomes, and ROI metrics to measure success.
