Archer is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of our low-code/no-code builder experiences within Air Enterprise Readiness. You will partner with PMs, engineering, AI, and field teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities and optimize configurability for numerous customer accounts.

The role is based in our Arlington, VA or Pittsburgh, PA offices with up to 50% travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, ERPs, or highly configurable platforms.
• Fluency in backend systems concepts (auth models, data schemas, orchestration, contracts).
• Expert in SQL and familiarity with Python and GitLab/GitHub.
• Experience shipping infrastructure or platform services.
• Familiar with microservices, distributed systems, caching, permissions and event systems.
• Familiar with LLM-based systems and tradeoffs between deterministic workflows and agentic systems.
• Strong information architecture instincts for configurable enterprise environments.
• Strong value orientation and customer focus.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset.
• Growth mindset and startup/go-to-market process building experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize the builder roadmap, balancing debt with UI improvements.
• Act as Internal PM for customer teams, providing platform tools to build faster.
• Engage power users to identify friction and translate into functional requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data science to scope investments and timelines.
• Facilitate market introduction of new features while balancing risk and speed.
• Ensure smooth integration of prototyped features into the Air Enterprise Readiness platform.
