ARCHER is seeking a leader to drive enterprise adoption of responsible AI, ML, and intelligent automation in Columbus. You will align stakeholders, establish standards and governance, and promote secure engineering practices across teams.

The role requires strong AI/ML knowledge, cloud enterprise architectures, and experience influencing senior leaders to support organization-wide adoption. This position offers opportunities to shape governance and reference architectures at scale.

Qualifications

• Requires formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• At least five years of applied experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and support enterprise-wide standards and adoption.
• Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning, cloud-based enterprise architectures, software engineering practices, Responsible AI governance, and safe use of AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise adoption of responsible AI and machine learning by aligning stakeholders and establishing practical standards, reference architectures, and governance.
• Advise teams, promote secure and resilient engineering practices, and build a community of practice to improve delivery quality.
