Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Product Manager to shape and launch its AI product layer for enterprise customers. This 0-to-1 opportunity focuses on identifying needs, defining strategy, and delivering production-ready capabilities so customers can integrate AI into workflows.

You will own the product roadmap, partner with engineering and design, and work with sales and customer success on pilots, go-to-market plans, and commercialization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years delivering production AI or data products with real customers.
• Proven ownership of product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution.
• Experience taking a new product or major capability from discovery through launch and customer adoption.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agents, RAG, evaluation frameworks, and AI reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the AI product layer, identifying opportunities that deliver meaningful customer value and business impact.
• Lead customer discovery to understand enterprise workflows, validate pain points, and prioritize the right problems to solve.
• Take AI-powered capabilities from concept and prototype through production launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering on technical approaches involving LLMs, agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks.
• Define requirements and success metrics, balancing AI quality, reliability, latency, cost, and user experience.
• Make prioritization decisions based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial potential.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on customer pilots, positioning, launch strategy, and commercialization.
• Use customer feedback and product performance data to improve adoption, workflow impact, and business outcomes.
• Help establish enterprise-ready AI experiences with appropriate controls, transparency, and human oversight.
