Job summary

B&A is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. This on-site role requires developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, with emphasis on NLP, LLMs, and Gen-AI technologies.

The candidate should have 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, MLOps, DevSecOps, and strong Python skills, plus cloud experience. A TS/CBP-level clearance is noted as a security requirement in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering projects, MLOps and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in developing, deploying, and fine-tuning generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs).
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Java and C/C++ is a plus.
• Experience with NLP techniques (text classification, language generation) and ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps/DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Gen-AI models.
• Design and implement AI solutions using NLP and large language models.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop user-friendly AI apps and interfaces, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
