Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission.

This role involves developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, including generative AI, NLP, and advanced RAG techniques, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, MLOps, and DevSecOps.
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks; experience with NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms and model deployment
• Active TS or CBP BI security clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models and Gen-AI solutions.
• Design AI applications including chatbots and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into systems.
• Ensure model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Stay updated on AI advances and regulatory compliance.
