B&A is hiring an AI Data Scientist for a contract with a federal government client. You will join a data-driven, fast-paced team focused on improving citizen experiences through advanced AI/ML and data visualization.

Strong collaboration across stakeholders and cross-functional partners is essential. The role emphasizes designing ML/NLP/LLM solutions, building scalable models, and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems; Master preferred.
• Proficient Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with ML models, NLP, LLMs, and AI/ML techniques.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models, NLP/LLM, and statistical methods to solve business challenges.
• Build scalable solutions for predictive modeling, optimization, and decision support.
