Job summary

B&A is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Developer to join a federal government contract on-site in support of a critical DHS mission. You will develop, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, including generative AI solutions, while collaborating across teams to integrate AI into existing systems.

You will design NLP-based solutions, optimize performance, and ensure data privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology management or engineering preferred; alternative work-related experience may be substituted.
• 3+ years of experience in IT focusing on AI/ML engineering, MLOps and DevSecOps and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Gen-AI models.
• Design and implement innovative AI solutions using NLP and large language models.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly AI apps and interfaces (chatbots, virtual assistants).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems.
• Stay updated with AI advancements including generative AI and reinforcement learning.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance for AI outputs and data.
