Job summary

Aon is hiring a Hybrid AI/ML Engineering Lead in the United States. You will collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions deployed on AWS, integrating with existing enterprise systems and documentation.

The role requires strong Python skills, experience with Agile, Systems Engineering, MBSE, and advanced project management. Remote-friendly US candidates are encouraged to apply, with Bloomington, MN and other offices as options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience with Agile Methodology in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and AI/ML development.
• Extensive experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based services.
• Solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles, architecture and integration.
• Experience with MBSE is a plus.
• Strong Project Management, Requirements Management, and Risk Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design, develop, and implement robust data pipelines and ML deployment strategies utilizing AWS.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems with seamless data flow.
• Apply Agile methodologies for project execution and iterative development.
• Apply MBSE to ensure system design, architecture and documentation.
• Develop automation for CI/CD of AI/ML models and data products.
• Manage timelines, resources, and risks with strong PM practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on deployed AI/ML solutions.
