Job summary

Aon is seeking a data-driven AI/ML Engineer to collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable AI/ML deployments on AWS. You will design data pipelines, integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems, and apply MBSE to ensure solid architecture and documentation.

Ideal candidates have strong Python, AWS, and Agile experience, plus a solid foundation in Systems Engineering and PM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies in professional settings.
• Strong Python skills for data manipulation, scripting, and AI/ML development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs for AI/ML deployment.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust data pipelines and AI/ML model deployment strategies on AWS.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing enterprise systems with seamless data flow.
• Apply MBSE and Systems Engineering principles to ensure comprehensive design and documentation.
• Develop automation for CI/CD of AI/ML models and data products.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risk with strong PM practices.
• Produce clear documentation for system designs, architectures, and procedures.
