Job summary

Aon is seeking a Data and AI Forward Deployed Engineer to drive end-to-end AI/ML deployments across hybrid US offices, with remote options for highly qualified candidates. You will collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable AI/ML solutions on AWS, integrating models into enterprise systems and maintaining MBSE-driven design documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Proven experience with Agile Methodology in a professional environment.
Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and AI/ML development.
Extensive experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based services.
Familiarity with MBSE; Systems Engineering principles and architecture.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and stakeholders to translate client requirements into AI/ML deployment specs.
Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and AI/ML model deployment strategies on AWS.
Integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system integration.
Apply Agile methodologies for project execution with iterative development of AI/ML products.
Develop and maintain documentation for system designs, architectures, and procedures.
