CDW is seeking a Partner Development Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for AI and data partnerships across the East segment. You will build and own the joint business plan, deploy partner investments, and enable CDW sellers with messaging and plays to position and sell joint AI solutions.

This individual-contributor role collaborates across PPM, Sales, Presales, Services, Marketing, and partner stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in sales/marketing/project management, or 9 years in equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• History of building and maintaining strategic partner relationships with major tech brands.

Responsabilidades

• Own the annual and quarterly AI partner business plans including growth, enablement, investment, and pipeline targets.
• Translate partner AI roadmaps into CDW segment plays and co-sell programs.
• Drive field enablement, sales plays, and seller-facing readiness for AI partnerships.
• Develop joint campaigns with Marketing and Services to drive profitable growth.
• Plan and deploy partner investments (MDF, co-sell funding) to support pipeline creation.
• Own executive and field relationships with assigned partners.
