Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead data-centric products within the Data & Analytics organization. You will own the vision, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable data solutions and governance across global partners.

The role requires strong leadership, deep analytics knowledge, and the ability to drive end-to-end roadmaps while integrating AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years in data product management or related roles.
• Proven track record in driving product vision from roadmap to launch and impacting metrics.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for data solutions across global partners.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineering, and business partners to translate needs into initiatives.
• Develop end-to-end roadmaps and manage risk, timelines, and change management.
• Establish transparent communication and documentation across stakeholders.
